Captain Nemo:
and his Golden Mean Jazz Regime Captain Nemo is the Townsville based Jazz Band lead by Dr. David Salisbury.
The group ranges in size from a 12 (and growing) piece Big Band to an intimate quartet depending on the venue and requirements. Captain Nemo is based at James Cook University and includes music students, lecturers, music teachers from the region and a wide range of community musicians, offering opportunities to perform, record and workshop original compositions as well as innovative arrangements.
